Ashley Dewitt: Ashley Dewitt and Amber Addison are the mean and most popular girls at Seaview Middle and high School. Amber is a good singer, as shown in the episode "The Idol Side of Me" while Ashley is revealed to be horrible at singing. They love to embarrass Miley and Lilly, and hate camping trips as revealed the episode "Ooh, Ooh Itchy Woman". But when Miley had Jake Ryan (a celebrity) as her boyfriend, Amber and Ashley wanted Miley as their new best friend, which they fought over. Amber was also in a show entitled "Singing with the Stars" (a parody of Dancing with the Stars singing alongside Hannah Montana. Amber is also horrible at cheerleading, and when she doesn't make it to the squad, Ashley claims it's because 'she's too pretty' and she 'threatens the coach'. Whenever Amber and Ashley say something at the same time, they say 'Oooh, tss' (again, at the same time) and touch index fingers. It was also revealed that Miley and Lilly are simply Amber and Ashley's least favorite people when Hannah teaches Amber to be nice in the hopes of being promoted on the cool list; Amber instead promoted Dandruff Danny, making Miley and Lilly tied for last.
